Virginia Child Care Subsidy
Financial assistance for eligible Virginia families
Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program
We proudly participate in the Virginia Child Care Subsidy Program, which provides financial assistance to eligible families to help cover the cost of child care.
The program reimburses licensed child care providers up to the 70th percentile of the local market rate. Families pay a sliding-scale co-pay based on income, and the state covers the remaining balance directly to the provider.
